Food Bank
This program provides groceries to low income families on a weekly basis. Members of the community are welcome to come on Saturday mornings at 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.to collect their groceries, in 2008 we fed over 250 families.
Enrichment Center
Home Ownership Program
Service provided: Primarily first time homebuyer’s services (never owned a home or has not owned a home in the past 3 years)
- Credit Counseling
- Referrals to qualified lenders, realtors, home inspectors and title companies
- Closing Cost and Down-payment assistance
- Referrals to local Banks/Credit Unions to open accounts
- Tax Preparation /Earned Income Tax Credit
- Applications for Kid Care, Medicare, LIHEAP, and Food Stamp
